Director Mode

Record once. Get a coached, personalized video for every viewer.

Director Mode is the AI coaching layer that runs while you record — pacing cues, energy lifts, re-record flags, and info prompts fired in real time on the take you're actually shooting. The cut becomes a personalized video per viewer: receiver names, listings, addresses, and buyer signals rendered directly into the export. Built for real estate agents and trades contractors who post more video than their unit cost supports.

record once · personalize per viewer One take in the browser, one cut on export — a polished video per viewer without a seat fee or a re-record.

One take. One cut. One video per viewer.

Director Mode collapses the recording-to-personalization loop into a single session. Record once with the AI coach firing cues as you go — and the cut on export renders a different video for every recipient you hand it to.

Step 1 · Record

Record once in the browser with the AI coach firing cues.

Hit record over WebRTC, narrate naturally, and Director Mode fires real-time cues the moment the take slips — pacing when the run collapses into a checklist, energy when the payoff line lands flat, re-record when a stumble breaks the cut, info when the buyer signal gets skipped.

Step 2 · Personalize

One recording becomes a personalized video per viewer.

Names, listings, addresses, and buyer signals render directly into the cut from your data — same take, different viewer, no re-edits. Send 30 personalized videos to 30 buyers from one recording session. The video each viewer sees is theirs.

Step 3 · Export

Export to MP4 and post everywhere.

Walk out of one walkthrough with a polished, post-ready clip — typically under 10 minutes from record button to share link. Free exports are watermarked MP4 at 480p; Starter unlocks 1080p without a watermark; Pro adds 4K and team seats.

Pick the lane that matches your workflow.

Director Mode ships shaped for the two workflows where one-take-personalization pays back the fastest — listing walks on one side, jobsite walks on the other.

Questions before you record.

The five questions we hear most on the pricing page — the first three answered here, the rest on the FAQ hub.

How does pricing work, and what do I actually get on Free vs paid?

Navinta has three tiers and each one is sized for how often you record, not for an enterprise seat count. Free ($0/mo) gives you 5 credits a month for trying Director Mode end-to-end: live coaching, an MP4 export, and 1 seat. Starter ($24/mo annual) bumps you to 50 credits, removes the watermark, unlocks 1080p exports, and extends the take ceiling to 60 minutes. Pro ($59/mo annual) lands at 200 credits with 4K export, unlimited take length, 3 seats, AI Voice HD, AI B-roll HD, brand kit, and priority processing. Credits roll over while your subscription is active and reset each billing cycle. The full side-by-side lives on the pricing page.

What happens when I hit my monthly credit cap?

You don't get cut off mid-session. When you hit your cap, the session-end endpoint returns 402 monthly_credit_cap_exceeded and Director Mode surfaces an upgrade prompt that links straight to the plan that fits: Starter for solo weekly recording, Pro for teams shipping every week. Your existing recordings stay accessible — only new takes are gated. Credits reset on the same day each month (your cycle starts the day you subscribed), and the upgrade prompt tells you exactly when the next reset lands so you can decide whether to upgrade or wait. Pricing, caps, and the upgrade flow all live on the pricing page.

What's the video export quality, and is there a watermark on Free?

Yes — Free exports are watermarked MP4 at 480p SD, capped at 10-minute takes. That watermark is the cost of using the Free tier without a card on file. Starter removes the watermark and unlocks 1080p Full HD with up to 60-minute takes. Pro adds 4K export and removes the take-length cap entirely. The exact tiers and feature lines are on the pricing page, and the case studies show real takes shipped at Starter / Pro quality.
